Though what we do on a daily basis like drinking tea will help, not only our outlook on life but the overall conditions of our body.  Often it is just not enough.

Thus I have started to compile a list of people that I would recommend for the additional stuff.  For times when you need to resolve some deeper issues that have come from either childhood trauma, past life trauma or ancestral trauma.  For example when a parent or grandparent went through the war.
