Full disclosure!

Yes – we really do live off 49th & Main.

Yes – We drink a lot of chai. So it only made good economic sense that I should start making our own.

Thus 49th & Main Chai was born.

I played around with the recipe for some time, incorporating our favorite spices.

Hope you like it too!

PS I just love the Pink pepper – try one!

You’ll be as surprised as I was at the amazingly sweet yet slightly peppery notes.

Ingredients: Ceylon Black tea, Allspice, Star Anise, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Cloves, Ginger, Pink & White Pepper
